On-site Assessment and Training
 

The OSAT route is currently the most popular route. Not taking your employees out of work we visit them on site to assess there level of skill and produce evidence to build there portfolio for submission for the NVQ qualification.

There is many types of evidence we need to collect to build the candidates portfolio for the NVQ recognition.

 

Evidence types:-

Observation reports, photos, questions, job sheets, method statements, risk assessments, certificates and any other products to show the candidate is competent at the occupation they are gaining the NVQ for.
